On the morning of January 13, 2026, Sihanoukville Governor Mang Sineth, Hang Soth Samphar, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and Ly Rasmey, Secretary of State at the same ministry, led a meeting and conducted an on-site inspection of progress on construction of the new Sihanoukville provincial administration building.
The new provincial administration building is in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville city. Construction is proceeding according to plan to meet administrative needs and provide public services to residents more efficiently. By: Pai Sokhim
