Preah Sihanouk: Brigadier General Heng Bunthy, commander of the provincial Royal Gendarmerie, issued firm orders to provincial gendarmes, together with city and district gendarmerie bases and security stations, to conduct mobile patrols and man designated positions throughout the jurisdiction.
