The Italian-flagged cruise ship Costa Serena docked at Sihanoukville Autonomous Port on the morning of February 4, carrying about 2,895 foreign tourists of various nationalities and about 1,031 crew members for a visit to Sihanoukville.
The report said the ship would attract more international tourists from around the world to Cambodia by promoting the country's tourism and business internationally.
The report said the vessel had called in Cambodia twice: first in May 2023 with about 1,671 passengers, and again on February 4, 2026 with about 2,895 tourists.
