Hun Sen, acting Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia, held a working telephone discussion with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on February 27, 2026.
The two leaders briefed one another on developments in their respective countries and discussed bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest, particularly the celebration the following year of the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Ukraine, spanning 1992–2027.
