PHNOM PENH — Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet decided to remove Major General Lor Sokha, police chief of Mondulkiri province, and Brigadier General Hem Bonarel, commander of the province’s military police, from their posts.
The removals were made through two separate sub-decrees dated May 22, 2026.
