Cruise Ship "Odyssey" Brings Over 200 International Visitors to Dock at Sihanoukville Autonomous Port
The cruise ship "Odyssey" brought 236 tourists and 166 crew members to dock at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port on September 25, 2026.
On the morning of September 25, 2026, the cruise ship "Odyssey" docked at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, bringing 236 tourists, including 135 women, from 17 nationalities, along with 166 crew members, including 17 women, from 20 nationalities.
The cruise ship is 195.8 meters long and 22.50 meters wide. On the occasion of this docking, the tourists were warmly welcomed by Ms. Nai Sali, Deputy Director of Administration of the Sihanoukville Provincial Administration, together with leaders of departments, relevant units, and specialists. The tourists also each received a krama as a souvenir from the authorities.
Despite the less favorable weather conditions, the tourists continued to disembark from the ship and travel by vehicle to various tourist destinations to learn about and visit development areas, as well as numerous natural and cultural tourism sites in Sihanoukville Province.
The arrival of this large cruise ship has contributed to demonstrating the activity of maritime tourism and the continued reception of international visitors to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Meanwhile, in order to ensure security, safety, and order for tourists at various destinations, His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of Sihanoukville Province, has instructed the law enforcement forces and relevant authorities to pay great attention to maintaining security, order, and safety for the tourists, so that their sightseeing trips proceed smoothly, safely, and full of joy.
