His Excellency Senior Minister Keo Remy, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee, led a delegation on a morale visit to the troops of Infantry Brigade No. 42 of Military Region 4, commanded by Brigadier General Neak Vong, who are standing firm at the frontlines to defend sovereignty and territorial integrity on September 28, 2026.
On this occasion, His Excellency the Senior Minister conveyed the warm regards and highest attention from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Samdech Kittiprambandit Boun Rany Hun Sen, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, and Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony to all the heroic soldiers. He emphasized that this visit aims to encourage and express deep gratitude for the great sacrifices made by the military and their families, who have devoted everything to defending the nation.
At the same time, His Excellency the Senior Minister also praised Brigadier General Neak Vong as an outstanding military commander—wise, courageous, highly disciplined, and with a clear understanding of battlefield strategy—as reflected in the strength and order of the forces under his command.
It should be noted that this is the fourth time the Cambodian Human Rights Committee has visited Infantry Brigade No. 42 stationed at the Ta Moan temple sector, and the institution will continue to mobilize charitable donors to further assist and support the frontline forces on an ongoing basis.
