Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, Permanent Vice President of the Cambodian Red Cross, representing Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, on the morning of October 2, 2026, met and held talks with H.H. Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz, National Chairperson of the Malaysian Red Crescent Society, at the Cambodian Red Cross headquarters on the occasion of her official visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The meeting sought to enhance friendship, solidarity, and cooperation between the humanitarian institutions of the two countries.
During the meeting, both sides focused on strengthening cooperation between the Cambodian Red Cross and the Malaysian Red Crescent, as well as on sharing experiences and knowledge in their work. The discussions were viewed as an opportunity to further enhance relations and humanitarian cooperation between the two institutions.
On this special occasion, the representative of Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen presented a commemorative gift to H.H. Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz, and they toured the exhibition hall at the Cambodian Red Cross headquarters. This activity demonstrated the strengthening of friendship ties and continued cooperation between the Cambodian Red Cross and the Malaysian Red Crescent.
