Samdech Thipadei stressed that as the country faces two difficult challenges, namely war of aggression and flooding, the Royal Government must prioritize protecting citizens' lives above all else. Samdech Thipadei emphasized that when a disaster occurs, the rescue of people must come first, and that protecting property or assets must not take precedence over saving lives.
Samdech Thipadei noted that if there is an attack and shells hit a civilian area, the authorities must act quickly to evacuate them to a safe location. As for the flooding, when the water flows in and causes damage, the key task is to rush in to help rescue and lead citizens out of the affected area as quickly as possible, in order to save lives first.
Samdech Thipadei confirmed that the government's priorities are: first, life; and second, the well-being of citizens. Putting life first means ensuring that people escape the disaster zone and reach safety first, while concerns about property damage can be addressed later.
