Mr. Samut Sothearith, Deputy Governor of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration, representing His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration, on the morning of Friday, October 9, 2026, welcomed citizens who came to receive the free public bus transportation service (bus service) along the Preah Sihanouk province–Kampong Speu province–Phnom Penh capital route, at the 7 Makara Platform in Sihanoukville city.
He stated: For Preah Sihanouk province, there are 14 buses available to provide free public transportation service to citizens for a period of 5 days, from October 9 to October 13, 2026, traveling from Phnom Penh capital to Preah Sihanouk province and returning to Phnom Penh capital. The departure point is 7 Makara Platform in Sihanoukville city, with departure times from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
To facilitate the above work, under the close attention of His Excellency Mang Sineth, Governor of the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration, officials from departments and units under the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration, the Sihanoukville City Administration, and Sangkat 3 Administration have been assigned to cooperate and coordinate at the 7 Makara Platform located in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville city, as follows:
