The book «Triangle Strategy, the Backbone of Cambodia's Peace», researched and compiled by His Excellency Ieng Pisi, Deputy Director of the Cabinet of Samdech Techo, was officially launched on 19 October 2026, after nearly seven years of preparation. The book gathers important historical documents on the search for peace, the strengthening of national unity, and the development of Cambodia under the leadership of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate.

The Triangle Strategy was introduced by Samdech Techo Hun Sen on 2 December 1998 as the core strategic policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia during the second legislative term, 1998–2003, with the aim of consolidating peace, restoring the nation's prestige on the international stage, and promoting socioeconomic development, after Cambodia had achieved full national unity. This policy is considered an essential part of the country's recovery process following a protracted civil war.
The book has a total of 1,111 pages, including photographs of Samdech Hun Sen, divided into four chapters and four appendices. The compilation of this book aims to preserve historical documents for future generations, as well as to provide knowledge to young people, students, university students, and researchers so they can gain a clearer understanding of the process of building peace, national unity, and the importance of peace for the development of Cambodia.
