Cambodia is actively promoting its high-quality agricultural products to the international market. From October 17 to 21, Cambodia is participating in the 2026 Paris International Food Exhibition for the third time, hoping to use this international platform to attract more overseas buyers, distributors and investors and expand agricultural exports.

At this exhibition, Cambodia brought a wide range of products including rice, cashews, coffee, pepper, dried fruit, condiments and semi-processed foods, fully demonstrating the development potential of the local agriculture and food processing industries.

Dr. Kao Thach, Director General of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB) of Cambodia, participated in the exhibition together with the Cambodia Rice Federation, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and representatives of 16 local enterprises. Kao Thach said that agriculture is an important pillar of Cambodia's economy, and taking part in international food exhibitions helps local enterprises reach global buyers directly. So far, many buyers have shown interest in Cambodian products.

This exhibition attracted about 8,000 enterprises from 130 countries in total. The Cambodia National Pavilion not only showcases the quality of agricultural products, but also highlights modern processing technologies, product traceability systems and sustainable production methods, helping overseas customers understand the quality and competitiveness of Cambodian products.

The national pavilion is supported by the European Union and the German federal government. Cambodia previously participated in the exhibition in 2014 and 2024. By continuing to take part in international exhibitions, Cambodia hopes to bring more local agricultural products to the global market, expand export channels and create more development opportunities for agricultural enterprises and farmers.
