Preah Sihanouk province: A technical delegation from the Preah Sihanouk provincial administration, led by Senior Lieutenant General Teo Leora, deputy director of the Department of Weapons and Explosives Control, conducted an inspection of illegal weapons and ammunition along roads and highways in Sihanoukville city and Preah Sihanouk province on the morning of October 28, 2026.
The operation was conducted to strengthen public safety and enforce the law against weapons and ammunition, in accordance with the highest instructions of Senior Lieutenant General Teo Thesa, Secretary-General of the National Committee for Combating Weapons, Explosives and Illegal Goods, and with the participation of senior officials from the Ministry of Interior, the National Anti-Drug Authority, the National Road Safety Committee, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and the specialty forces of the Preah Sihanouk provincial administration.
The operation continued under strict enforcement, with active participation from the Department of Weapons and Explosives Control and Drug Control, the National Anti-Drug Authority, the National Road Safety Committee, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and the specialty forces of the Preah Sihanouk provincial administration.
