At the invitation of DERTOUR Group (EXIM tours & FISCHER), Preah Sihanouk Governor Mang Sineth led a delegation to a forum promoting the province’s tourism potential in Prague, Czech Republic, on November 4, 2026.
A major announcement at the forum was the planned launch of the first seasonal charter flights connecting Prague with Preah Sihanouk province. Organized by DERTOUR Group, the flights are scheduled to run from December 19, 2026, to April 3, 2027, alongside tourism packages to facilitate travel by European visitors to Cambodia’s coast and natural islands.
During the forum, the governor and representatives of luxury resorts on Koh Rong gave European travel agents detailed presentations on infrastructure, accommodation and tourism experiences. The participation of provincial leaders demonstrated their strong commitment to working with the private sector to promote Cambodian tourism internationally and welcome international visitors to the “Rising Star in the Southwest.”
