Cambodia’s First Lady Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet presided over the opening ceremony of Khmer Products Expo 2026 on November 6, 2026, under the theme “Khmer Can Do: Participate, Promote and Support Local Products” at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centre, halls G–L. The ceremony was attended by Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service and President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), alongside government leaders, company and institutional representatives, entrepreneurs, artisans, farmers, students and members of the public.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hun Many said the exhibition under the theme “Khmer Can Do” aims to bring together the strength of national solidarity and encourage citizens to support products made by local entrepreneurs. He described the event as an important platform for showcasing Cambodia’s production capabilities and economic potential.
Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet commended the UYFC, under Hun Many’s leadership, for initiating activities that serve the national interest. She said the words “Khmer Can Do” express the pride, capabilities and spirit of unity of Cambodian people across generations.
She also called on citizens to visit the exhibition and give greater support to Khmer products, providing opportunities for local producers to showcase their work and capabilities and expand their markets. She said supporting local products not only helps promote Cambodian businesses and handicrafts, but also contributes to creating jobs, increasing people’s incomes and driving national economic growth.
