On the morning of February 13, 2026, Preah Sihanouk Deputy Governor and provincial investment subcommittee vice-chair Long Dimanche chaired a review of a second request to import production equipment and inputs for PEBEO ART MATERIALS (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD.’s art-paint factory with customs duties, special tax and value-added tax borne by the state. The factory is in Ou Oknha Heng sangkat, Kampong Som city, Preah Sihanouk province.
The deputy governor instructed specialist departments and units to scrutinise the proposed quantities, particularly machinery and raw materials, to ensure consistency with production quantities and the scale of investment.
To attract and look after investors, Long Dimanche also asked members of the provincial investment subcommittee to strengthen their capabilities so they could advise investors in their respective areas of expertise.
