On the afternoon of March 10, a joint Preah Sihanouk provincial team, acting on Governor Mang Sineth’s instructions, raided a location in Village 2, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville as part of an anti-scam operation. Officers arrested thirteen foreigners suspected of online scam activities, seized equipment allegedly used in the activities, and found several firearms described in the report as powerful.
The foreign suspects and evidence were transferred to the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police for further investigation and legal procedures.
