Preah Sihanouk Governor Mang Sineth urged department and unit heads, together with municipal and district administrations, to work more efficiently to clear administrative backlogs and provide better public services.
He made the call during a review of the Preah Sihanouk provincial One Window Service Unit on the morning of April 20, 2026. The report says he had examined reports showing that some departments and local administrations still had many files awaiting processing and referral to the provincial unit. He urged and encouraged their officials to fulfil their respective duties and improve their work. He emphasised that everyone’s participation was intended to advance the development of Preah Sihanouk province and the country as a whole.
The governor said good public services at the provincial One Window Service Unit were part of national development. He described the unit as the province’s central public-service hub and said public-service matters should be channelled through it.
