According to the report, Preah Sihanouk Provincial Governor Mang Sineth inspected construction progress on a road linking National Road 4 to the provincial office of the Cambodian veterans and retirees association on the evening of May 7, 2026. The office is in Village 1, Sangkat 1, Sihanoukville city, Preah Sihanouk province.
The report said the inspection aimed to monitor road construction quality and progress so the project would proceed according to plans and technical standards, improve access and facilitate the association’s work.
