To make official document services more accessible, the Khmer national identity card service offices at AEON Mall Sen Sok City (AEON2) and AEON Mall Mean Chey (AEON3) continue to provide applications, validity renewals and card collection services.
On the morning of October 25, 2026, both offices processed the relevant paperwork and issued identity cards to applicants for their everyday needs.
People wishing to use the services can visit either office from Wednesday to Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
