The 2026 Cambodia International Business and Investment Forum will be held on November 27 in Halls A, B, C and D at Koh Pich in Phnom Penh. Organisers expect more than 2,000 government representatives, entrepreneurs, and representatives of listed companies and investment institutions to attend and exchange views on Cambodia’s investment policies, industrial development and cross-border capital cooperation.

The forum is organised by Cambodia’s national federation for the promotion of economic, trade and investment cooperation, with Cambodia Securities helping to advance it and several chambers of commerce and industry organisations co-organising. Organisers say Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet will attend and preside over the forum. Representatives of several government departments will also take part to introduce the investment environment, priority industries and policies relevant to businesses establishing operations.

A White Paper on Investment Opportunities in Cambodia is scheduled for release during the forum, covering the macroeconomy, industrial planning, investment policies and business practices. The agenda will also focus on practical issues facing companies operating in Cambodia, including manufacturing and supply-chain arrangements, tax and legal compliance, local business operations, cross-border financing and capital-market development.

The programme will include keynote speeches, high-level dialogues, industry discussions, presentations of business experience and investor networking. Participating companies and institutions are expected to come from mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea and other countries and regions. The event is aimed at companies planning to enter Cambodia’s market, businesses already operating locally, investment institutions and multinational companies.
