The report says Thai forces continued using F-16 fighter aircraft to bomb 
civilian areas, causing severe damage and destroying one primary school and one commercial building in Veal Veng district, Pursat province.
It further reports that Thai forces continued firing shells of various types into civilian areas of Oddar Meanchey province on December 20, 2025, damaging two residents’ vehicles.
The report characterises these actions as attacks on civilian areas that endanger innocent people’s lives and property and cause serious concern about security and safety in border areas.
