On the morning of March 18, 2026, Information Minister Neth Pheaktra met Chiv Yiseang, chair of the Senate’s Commission on Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Information, known as the Fifth Commission, to discuss stronger cooperation in information and international relations.
Participants included Senate commission chairs and senior Senate and ministry officials, among them secretaries of state, undersecretaries of state, directors-general and secretaries-general.
The two sides exchanged views on information work, dissemination and international cooperation, aiming to improve effectiveness and broaden the reach of information.
