At about 21:00 on March 27, two cars collided heavily while passing through a junction in Chinatown, Village 6, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville, according to the report.
Witnesses said one luxury car lost control after the impact and overturned onto its roof in the middle of the road, drawing nearby residents to the scene.
The report says casualties and property losses had not been announced. Local police arrived to investigate and temporarily controlled traffic along the affected section.
