On April 10, 2026, a joint provincial team led by Long Dimanche (ឡុង ឌីម៉ង់), Deputy Governor of Preah Sihanouk and Vice-Chair of the Provincial Investment Sub-Committee, inspected and encouraged preparations to establish Pub Beach by KPIG (Koh Puos Cambodia Investment Group Ltd.).
