Oknha Rithy Raksmey, General Director of KPS99 television, together with its management and all staff, respectfully sent a New Year greeting letter to His Excellency ហួត ឃាងវេង, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Information, and his wife on the occasion of the traditional Khmer New Year, the Year of the Horse, Atthasak, Buddhist Era 2570.
Rithy Raksmey’s letter reads: “Happy New Year! On the occasion of the traditional Khmer New Year, the Year of the Horse, Atthasak, Buddhist Era 2570, we pray that all sacred powers watch over His Excellency ហួត ឃាងវេង, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Information, and bestow auspiciousness, happiness and the finest blessings upon him.”
The letter also wishes His Excellency, his wife and their beloved daughters abundant good health, strength, clear wisdom and long life, so that he may continue to lead and develop the Cambodian homeland towards greater prosperity. It wishes them the four Buddhist blessings of longevity, beauty, happiness and strength without separation.
