According to the original report, a foreign man fell from the 16th floor of the MECON HOTEL apartment building on Sisowath Quay, Wat Phnom Sangkat, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh, at 7:30 a.m. on May 10. The report says he died at the scene.
The report says local police secured the scene and began an investigation.
The report also called on people to show care for those around them and listen to their circumstances.
