According to the report, Kamboul district police in Phnom Penh detained a 21-year-old woman at the residential development identified in the Chinese text as 李拉尼 on the morning of May 9. The original report refers to her as 年某.
The report says she was suspected of unlawfully possessing and wearing clothing resembling police and military uniforms, and had appeared in public wearing the uniforms in late April.
Citing Kamboul police, the report says the conduct took place on April 29 and officers seized two police uniforms during the operation. The original report listed the woman as unemployed.
She was being held temporarily at Kamboul police station when the report was published.
The report also called for guidance for young people and reminded the public to comply with the relevant rules.
