Cambodia’s Ministry of Public Works and Transport ended ប្រាក់ ច័ន្ទមុន្នី’s assignment at the កណ្តោលដុំ fixed weighbridge in Kampong Speu province and directed him to return to his original unit. This is the action set out in a ministry document dated May 18, 2026.
The report says the administrative action followed the staff member’s use of inappropriate language toward a driver entering the weighbridge. Separately, the original report recalls an earlier statement by Kampong Speu Governor Cheam Chansophorn that civil servants in municipalities, districts or specialised departments and units who neglected their duties should submit their resignations, and that there was no shortage of people available to replace them.
