Prime Minister Hun Manet chaired a cabinet plenary meeting on Friday morning, May 22, 2026, to discuss and consider three agenda items. National ministries and capital and provincial administrations participated. Preah Sihanouk Governor Mang Sinet (ម៉ាង ស៊ីណេត) led relevant provincial officials in joining the meeting by Zoom.
According to the report, Hun Manet’s official Telegram channel announced the following items for discussion at that morning’s cabinet meeting:
1. A draft progress report for the second half of 2025 on implementation of the package of targeted reform measures introduced at the 19th Government–Private Sector Forum.
2. A draft monitoring and evaluation report on implementation of Phase 1 of the Pentagonal Strategy in 2025; and 3. A draft law amending the Law on Roads.
