On July 3, 2026, Preah Sihanouk Governor Mang Sineth gave an interview to the Interior Ministry’s radio and television service about the province’s achievements in the first half of 2026.
The interview covered the economy, social affairs, security, public order, infrastructure and public services, presenting the administration’s account of effective and transparent provincial development.
The provincial police commissioner, heads of provincial departments and units, and technical officials also took part.
The interview followed authorization by Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sar Sokha for the General Commissariat of National Police, directorates-general and equivalent Interior Ministry units, and capital and provincial administrations to discuss their first-half 2026 work on the ministry’s radio and television service.
The initiative aimed to inform the public about policies, results and future directions, and to improve administrative efficiency and public services in line with the ministry’s guidance.
