Cambodia expressed pride in hosting World Universal Pageants 2026, presenting the international event as a platform to showcase the country’s culture, civilization, heritage and tourism potential, while promoting friendship and cultural exchanges among countries around the world.
After chairing a consultation on draft key measures for tourism development at ព្រះជ័យវរ្ម័ននរោត្តម “ភ្នំគូលែន” National Park for 2026–2028, Tourism Minister Huot Hak met and warmly welcomed the international pageant participants taking part in World Universal Pageants 2026.
The minister said Cambodia’s selection as host offered a valuable opportunity to enhance the country’s standing and introduce its history, culture, tourist destinations and warm hospitality to the international community.
The event is also expected to help attract international tourists, increase cultural exchanges and strengthen Cambodia’s image as a peaceful, safe and attractive tourist destination.
