KNN Group, the official importer and distributor of JETOUR vehicles in Cambodia, plans to hold a foundation-stone laying and groundbreaking ceremony for an advanced vehicle assembly plant on July 26, 2026, marking a new step in expanding Cambodia’s automotive industry.
The project has total investment of US$28 million and will occupy 10 hectares in Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province, an area described as having potential for industrial, agricultural and tourism development.
The report describes the JETOUR assembly investment as both an expansion of KNN Group’s business and a sign of investor confidence in Cambodia’s investment environment, political stability and strong economic growth.
The plant will use modern vehicle assembly technology meeting international standards to ensure product quality and strengthen the competitiveness of the domestic automotive industry, in line with regional industrial development trends.
The project is also expected to create many employment opportunities and help develop human resources through automotive technical training to meet future labour-market demand.
KNN Group believes the JETOUR assembly plant will become an important achievement in strengthening Cambodian manufacturing, attract more international investors and help transform Cambodia into a vehicle assembly centre with strong regional potential.
