On September 30, 2026, the identity document specialists of the Sihanoukville municipal police went on-site to process applications and issue Khmer national identity cards directly to citizens at the Sangkat 3 Administrative Police Post in Sihanoukville city.
The campaign runs for two days, from September 30 to October 1, 2026.
Therefore, all citizens who have reached the eligible age or whose existing cards have expired are kindly requested to come and complete the application procedure for their national identity cards. The Khmer national identity card is essential for every citizen in verifying their identity and for use in various legal matters.
Citizens are encouraged to take the time to come and complete the process.
