(Azerbaijan): His Excellency Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, held a working meeting with Mr. Bilal Gasimli, director of MARSOL Group, a member of the company, to discuss cooperation on attracting large international trade events and exhibitions to be organized in Cambodia, on October 13, 2026, in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.
At the outset, the company's representative outlined plans to organize a familiarization trip (FAM Trip) in the near future to explore Cambodia's tourism and business potential for its member entrepreneurs and companies doing business in the tourism sector, and requested facilitation from the Ministry of Tourism in welcoming the delegation that will visit Cambodia.
In response, His Excellency the Minister commended, highly appreciated, and warmly welcomed the familiarization trip (FAM Trip) to explore Cambodia's tourism and business potential, organized by this leading company in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Ministry of Tourism will cooperate with all relevant parties, both public and private, to provide facilitation to the delegation during this important visit, in order to explore the various tourism destinations with strong potential in Cambodia and the infrastructure for organizing large-scale trade events and exhibitions in the future, smoothly and fruitfully, to promote Cambodia's tourism potential and create opportunities to attract major international events to be held in Cambodia.
