Preah Sihanouk tourism director reports over 140,000 visits on second New Year day

Provincial tourism director តាំង សុចិត្តគ្រឹស្នា reported 141,107 tourist visits on April 15, with an increase of 2.98 percent. The report also lists domestic and foreign visitors and figures for beaches, attractions, the airport and islands.

Phnom Penh spokesperson reports over 980,000 visits on first New Year day

Citing municipal spokesperson Dor Samphors, the report puts April 14 attendance at six main venues at over 980,000 visits, including 7,068 foreign visits. Related celebrations were scheduled to continue until April 19.

Long Dimanche said security and public order were good on April 14, with many hotel bookings. He separately reported slight congestion on water routes to islands including Koh Rong and Koh Rong Sanloem.
