Cambodian soldier treated for rabies risk after suspected dog attack involving Thai forces

The report cites Cambodian military sources on at least one soldier injured by dogs near the Preah Vihear border, allegedly released by Thai forces. He received initial hospital care and was transferred to the Pasteur Institute in Phnom Penh for vaccination and rabies monitoring.

Myanmar reports raid on suspected online scam and gambling site in northern Shan State

Myanmar authorities said a December 17 raid near Hsipaw netted three armed men and six other suspects, with computers, phones and Starlink equipment seized; about 200 was the site’s estimated scale.
