On the morning of October 22, 2026, the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration held a preparatory meeting for the 12th Sea Festival, in its fourth rotational cycle, at the provincial hall. The meeting was chaired by Tourism Minister Huot Hak.
Deputy Governor សាមុត សុធារិទ្ធ attended on behalf of Governor Mang Sineth, together with provincial leaders and officials from relevant departments.
The meeting discussed preparations and detailed task assignments to ensure that this important national event runs smoothly, offers an attractive programme and maintains security and public order.
The 12th Sea Festival will be held under a theme linking the value of the sea and the blue economy with sustainable coastal biodiversity. It aims to promote coastal tourism, support national economic growth and raise awareness of the long-term conservation of Cambodia's marine environment and natural resources.
