Preah Sihanouk province: On October 24, 2026, under the direct guidance of Lieutenant General Sar Ratha, Deputy National Police Commissioner-General and Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police Commissioner, Major Chan Pech Rasmey, head of the Public Order Police Office, led specialist officers in organising public order and directing traffic at key locations for the Satunadi MC Cambodia motorcycle group as it marked the fifth anniversary of the club’s establishment.
The operation took place in front of the January 7 platform and around the Two Lions roundabout in Sihanoukville, the central locations for a procession of more than 200 large motorcycles.
The report described the police presence as helping maintain public order and road safety while promoting Preah Sihanouk province’s tourism appeal and offering a welcoming environment for domestic and international visitors. By Pai Sokhim
