Preah Sihanouk province: On December 18, 2025, Deputy Governor Nai Kong, representing Governor Mang Sineth, led a team to hand food, daily necessities, medicines and other supplies donated by provincial residents to Pursat’s administration for onward distribution to frontline troops defending the territory and displaced residents. Further donations would be delivered to other destinations in stages until the stock was distributed.
On behalf of Preah Sihanouk’s administration, Governor Mang Sineth thanked all domestic and international donors for their continuing contributions through the provincial administration to support frontline troops and displaced people in urgent need.
