Preah Sihanouk province: Neak Oknha Tea Vichit, chairman of a local grassroots party committee and a waterborne tourism transport agent in Preah Sihanouk, sent a speedboat to Koh Rong city on the night of December 22, 2025, to help a 14-year-old girl named Thai Sokheng. She had dengue fever and was transferred for emergency care at Preah Sihanouk Provincial Referral Hospital.
The girl was safely brought by Tea Vichit’s team aboard the speedboat to Sihanoukville’s tourist port. A GTVC company ambulance then transported her to a hospital in Preah Sihanouk province for emergency treatment.
