Summary

Preah Sihanouk sent donated food, medicine and supplies to front-line troops and displaced people in Banteay Meanchey on December 26, saying deliveries to other destinations would continue until stocks were exhausted.

On December 26, 2025, Preah Sihanouk governor Mang Sineth assigned Dim Vy, deputy director of the provincial administration, to lead a team bringing donated food, consumer necessities, medicines and other supplies from residents of Preah Sihanouk province to Cambodian front-line troops carrying out their duties to protect territorial integrity and public security.

The charitable supplies were delivered to troops stationed in the Banteay Meanchey area, while also supporting displaced civilians affected by tensions along the border.

The Preah Sihanouk provincial administration said residents’ charitable donations would continue to be delivered to other destinations until stocks were exhausted, contributing to relief and encouragement for front-line troops and displaced people.

On behalf of the provincial administration, it expressed profound thanks for the generosity of all domestic and international donors who had contributed supplies to the administration and continued to support front-line troops and displaced people.

“Khmers united, Khmers win. Khmers help Khmers, helping one another in an emergency—the people’s national defence foundation will continue as long as the threat remains.”
