According to a royal decree received on March 16, Acting Head of State Hun Sen appointed Yat Vinel as secretary-general of the General Secretariat of Cambodia’s Commercial Gambling Management, with rank equivalent to secretary of state.
Yat Vinel replaces Ros Phirun in the post. He previously served as an under-secretary of state at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
