Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Service Hun Many, who also chairs the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, and Phnom Penh Governor Khuong Sreng presided over a blessing ceremony and the start of preparations for Nokor Sangkranta 2026 on the morning of March 19, 2026.
The ceremony took place at the historic Wat Phnom site, with the aim of preparing Khmer New Year celebrations for residents and domestic and international visitors.
