According to the report, enforcement personnel acting under the unified command mechanism and instructions from Preah Sihanouk Governor Mang Sineth searched a villa in Village 5, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville, on the evening of March 23, investigating suspected telecommunications and online fraud and detaining 20 people.
The report says the 20 detainees included three Cambodians and that 24 computers and 389 mobile phones were seized. The detainees and related evidence were taken to the provincial police headquarters for further legal procedures.
