The Preah Sihanouk provincial administration invited the public to join the upcoming Khmer Traditional New Year celebrations. The Year of the Horse (Adthasak) event, themed “Smiles and Hope of Preah Sihanouk Province”, was scheduled for April 5, 2026, from 3 p.m. at the roundabout described as “Cambodian Bay Club—Rising Star of the Southwest” at Ochheuteal 1 Beach.
The provincial administration and organising team said the celebration would include traditional Khmer games, artistic and cultural performances, and tourism activities.
The invitation was extended to elders, parents, relatives, all residents, and domestic and international tourists to participate in large numbers and enjoy the celebration.
