On the afternoon of April 7, Preah Sihanouk Deputy Governor Long Dimanche visited KPS99 and gave an interview. Provincial television director Liu Xiao and staff presented their work on content innovation, international communication capacity and promotion of the province’s image.
They exchanged views on improving the effectiveness of mainstream media communication, strengthening the impact of news reporting and telling stories about local development.
Both sides considered cooperation and resource sharing important to better media work. They envisaged further cooperation in news gathering and editing, programme production and information sharing, with the aim of improving reach and credibility and presenting a positive image of provincial development.
