Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sar Sokha said digital skills, including administrative computer use, video editing and mobile-phone use, provide a foundation for young people to develop their potential and acquire new skills such as artificial intelligence.
Speaking at a training closing ceremony in Prey Veng, he encouraged the 717 trainees who completed the course to learn with discipline and persistence and develop their own creativity rather than simply copying others.
He also stressed ethics, professionalism and responsibility, warning that misuse of technology could harm society, culture and national identity.
