To celebrate the approaching traditional Khmer New Year, the Preah Sihanouk provincial Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) is busily preparing to welcome residents and domestic and international tourists to its Sankranta programme at Otres Beach in Sihanoukville on April 11 and 12, 2026.
