Oknha Rithy Raksmey, Director-General of KPS99, and all staff respectfully send a New Year letter to Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, and Lok Chumteav Dr Pich Chanmony Hun Manet, on the occasion of traditional Khmer New Year, the Year of the Horse, Atthasak, Buddhist Era 2570.
With devotion in body, speech and mind, the senders pray to the Triple Gem, all sacred powers and the New Year goddess រាក្យសាទេវី to bestow good health, strength, clear wisdom and long life upon the Prime Minister and his wife. May they overcome all obstacles and hostile forces in every direction and achieve further successes for the nation, homeland and people, with continuing development and prosperity.
Once again, with palms joined in prayer, the senders invoke the Triple Gem, all sacred powers and the New Year goddess រាក្យសាទេវី to protect the Prime Minister, his wife and their children. May the four Buddhist blessings of longevity, beauty, happiness and strength remain with them always.
